1. Shipping Methods and Costs

2. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD. To qualify, your order total must be $100 AUD or more after any discounts or promotions are applied, and before taxes and shipping charges.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days within Australia
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days within Australia
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
6. International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to select international locations. International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to size, weight, or legal restrictions.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
